Experienced academic administrator Fayne Griffiths will be filling the role of Director of Student and Departmental Account Services at Lewis and Clark College.

(PressReleaser) November 23, 2012 — Fayne Griffiths is excited to announce that beginning next month she will be the new Director of Student and Departmental Account Services at Lewis and Clark College. An experienced college administrator, Fayne Griffiths has been working with student financial aid and services offices for over thirty years.
“I’m very excited to join the team at Lewis and Clark College,” said Fayne Griffiths on her next professional endeavor. “Lewis and Clark has an excellent administrative staff who really put the students’ well-being first, and I think the office will be a great fit for my interests and experience.”
Fayne Griffiths has worked with a number of colleges in the Portland area, which most recently included the American College of Healthcare Sciences, where she held the title of Registrar, and Clackamas Community College, as Director of Student Financial Services. Fayne Griffiths is also a member of multiple professional organizations governing best practices of student financial administration on the national and statewide level, and has undergone extensive training in collegiate management development.
“It’s extremely important for students to know that the person handling their education-related finances is experienced, professional, and committed to helping them get a good education with the least amount of financial impact,” commented Fayne Griffiths. “In the past I’ve always been dedicated to building relationships with students, and acting as a resource for any concerns regarding finances or general administration. I’m most certainly looking forward to getting to know the students at Lewis and Clark College.”
As Director of Student and Departmental Account Services, Fayne Griffiths will work with students and other administrators to ensure the accuracy of student financial information, as well as the financial status of various academic departments in terms of budget and available resources. Fayne Griffiths has an excellent record of leading student financial offices throughout her career, and, as the recipient of an MBA, has extensive knowledge of business and financial administration.
Fayne Anne Griffiths will take the lead in the student and departmental accounts office at Lewis and Clark College beginning next month in preparation for the start of term.
